RESEÑA NORMATIVA DEL DERECHO DE LAS TELECOMUNICACIONES

Las reformas legislativas que ha promovido la actual administracion publica federal del poder ejecutivo, dando por consecuencia importantes reformas constitucionales que deben a su vez, trascender modificando la conducta y participacion cotidiana de la sociedad mexicana. Entre otras, se encuentra la reforma en telecomunicaciones, que por consecuencia a su vez, se promulgo el decreto que publica la Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusion, que entre otros, regula la banda ancha para el acceso a internet y la creacion de puntos de acceso libre a internet en plazas publicas, hospitales y escuelas en el pais, tambien tratan de crear mayor competencia al crear otros dos canales de television publicos, de cobertura nacional. Abstract: The legislative reforms that has promoted the current federal public administration of executive power, consequently giving important constitutional reforms which must at the same time, transcending changing conduct and daily participation of Mexican society. Among others, is the reform in telecommunications, that consequently at the same time, was promulgated the Decree published by the Federal law on telecommunications and broadcasting, governing the band among others, broadband access to internet and the creation of points of access to the internet in public places, hospitals and schools in the country, also seek to create greater competition to the other two public television stations, national coverage.
