The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of psychological empowerment and leader-member exchange on job embeddedness. The sample population for this research consisted of employees of 5 star hotel(5) in seoul and service enterprise(3). We were able to obtain participation of 250 people 226 responses, we derived statistics by means of the SPSS/PC version 13.0 statistics package. The major findings of this study are as follows : First, the meaningfulness and impact of four components of the psychological empowerment have influence on the fit and link of factors of the job embeddedness, and the sacrifice has influence on only meaningfulness. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the leader-member exchange and the job embeddedness. Based on these findings, the implication and limitations of the study were presented.
