Simulador en el dominio frecuencial de filtros no lineales basado en el balance armónico

This paper presents a simulator for analog, fully integrated MOS technology fliters in the frequency domain. The filters which have been considered correspond to conventional active RC structurtes with their resistors, capacitors and operational amplifiers replaced by MOS devices. Because of nonlinear behaviour of the filters it is necessary to use suitable tools for its design and verification. The simulator that has been developed is based on the harmonic balance technique modified to take advantage of the characteristic of the circuits which it pretends to study. The results obtained with this simulator and with the SPICE2 program are compared.
