Форма і способи захисту цивільних прав нотаріусом

The problems of doctrinal approaches to the definition of the concept “the form of protection of civil rights” are investigated. Based on results of this research the definition of the concept “the notarial form of protection of civil rights” is formed. This article also deals with the elucidation features of this form of protection, determination place of this form of protection. Also the definition the concept “the method of protection of civil rights” and the methods of protection of civil rights by a notary are examined.
