Proto-oncogene c-fos and osteoprosis

C-fos gene is an important member of proto-oncogenes.The expression of c-fos is influenced by many cellular active substances.Its expression production c-fos protein is involved in the biological function of transcriptional activator protein-1,and the regulation of cytokines in return.Therefore it involves in the regulation of up-stream of cell growth,proliferation and differentiation.The paper mainly discusses the factors to induce the expression of c-fos in bone tissue and the correlation between its expressions and osteoprosis.
