Therapeutic Effect of Moxibustion with Warming Needle for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with Heart-spleen Deficiency:An Observation of 50 Cases

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on chronic fatigue syndromes(CFS) with heart-spleen deficiency by us-ing moxibustion with warming needle on the Shu points of the five organs.Methods:One hundred CFS patients were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group was given Shu points moxibustion with warming needle,and the control group was given oral use of Guipi Pills.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared in the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.0%,while was 80.0% in the control group.There was obvious difference of the total effective rate between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with warming needle on Shu points of five organs is an effective method for treating CFS.
