Problems and strategies in the implementation of grading nursing for the patients with laparoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the problems and strategies in the implementation of grading nursing for the patients with laparoscopic surgery.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted in 48 doctors on the awareness of grading nursing and 55 nurses on the implementation of grading nursing for the patients with laparoscopic surgery,and comparison was made between the grading nursing under the doctor's order and Barthel index of 380 patients with laparoscopic surgery.Results The doctors' recognition of grading nursing was unclear.The grading nursing in the implementation was imcompatible with the actual situation of the patients.Conclusions The comprehensive assessment on the patients'conditions and the ability of daily life and adjustment should be made promptly.At the same time,the training should be strengthed and complete the contents of grading nursing.
