Data, commands, and the memory system and method for strobing the address signals

Command from a memory controller, address or write data signals to the memory device, and discloses a memory system that connects the read data signals from the memory device to the memory controller. Each individual strobe generator circuit in each of the memory controller and memory devices, to generate an in-phase strobe signal and a quadrature strobe signal. Is stored in the individual output latches in the memory controller, the command, address or write data signals, it is clocked by the in-phase signal from the internal strobe generator circuit. These commands, address or write data signals, is by the quadrature strobe signal coupled from the memory controller to the memory device, are latched in the input latches in the memory device. Read data signal, using the in-phase and quadrature strobe signals generated by the internal strobe generator circuit in substantially the same manner, is connected from the memory device to the memory controller.
