EXPERIMENTAL RECONSTRUCTION OF THE Ni/Al2O3 INTERFACE BY THERMOCOMPRESSION

A thermocompression device reaching easily a temperature of about 1350°C has been manufactured to produce Ni/A1203 couples. A preliminary study on polycrystals has showed the importance of working atmosphere and added components in the couple reactivity.
