Фолликулярная лимфома у детей

Literature and own data on clinical, morphologic and immunologic features of paediatric follicular lymphoma are presented (PFL). Important diagnostic criteria for PFL was found, different from adult follicular lymphoma. Because of limited number of PFL, treatment programs are not developed. We present successful treatment results of PFL by CHOP ± rituximab program. For the first time in Russian literature PFL with chromosomal instability syndrome was described.
