Observation the effect of aloe leaf therapy phlebitis by vein leaving alone needle with mannito

Objective:To discuss the new method of therapy phlebitis by vein leaving alone needle with mannito.Methods:180 patients with phlebitis by vein leaving alone needle with mannito were divided into three groups,every group was 60 cases,A group accepted 50% magnesium sulfate,B group accepted potato and C group accepted chips aloe leaf.To compare the effect of three groups.Results:The therapy effect with chips aloe leaf and potato were better than with 50% magnesium sulfate,but after 24 h the effect between B and C group has no different sense(P0.05),after 48 h and 72 h ,the effect in C group was better than in B group(P0.05).Conclusion:Fresh aloe leaf has the clearing heat and detoxication,to disperse the stasis,softens the blood vessel,the repair which promotion metabolism and the skin organize,is remarkable to the vein leaving alone needle infusion mannitol result phlebitis curative effect,is worth promoting.
