Detection of Swan by a New YOLO Model

YOLOV3 algorithm, which has both speed and detection accuracy. Inspired by the SPP, we propose a new algorithm model called the Preciser-YOLOV3 based on the YOLOV3 algorithm and the actual application scenarios of wild swan in the Yellow River Basin. Experimental results show that Preciser-YOLOV3 improves the detection accuracy of wild swan from 0.65 to 0.92 of wild swan in the actual scenes, which meets the need of real-time detection and industrialization. Meanwhile, it promote the construction of ecological civilization in the Yellow River Basin.
