Peculiarities of the personnel training system for security and defense sector in leading countries of the world

Предметом статті є система підготовки кадрів для сектору безпеки та оборони провідних країн світу. Мета дослідження полягає у визначені особливостей системи підготовки кадрів для сектору безпеки та оборони провідних країн світу. Розглянуто особливості системи підготовки спеціалізованих формувань з правоохоронними функціями США, країн Європи та Азії. Авторами зроблено висновки про те, що у зарубіжних країнах значні зусилля  спрямовані на ретельність  процесу відбору кандидатів для роботи в спецслужбах, а система підготовки кадрів націлена на міцне засвоєння особами, що навчаються тих професійних знань, вмінь та навичок, які необхідні в практичній роботі. Зазначається, що посилена увага при підготовці кадрів приділена вивченню іноземних мов та інших важливих для безпеки держави предметів в області міжнародних відносин. Підкреслено, що особливої уваги заслуговує і діяльність щодо підвищення кваліфікації працюючих співробітників спецслужб. The subject matter of the article is the system of training of personnel for security and defense sector of leading countries of the world. The goal of research lies in the determination of peculiarities of the personnel training system for security and defense sector of leading countries of the world. Features of the system of training of specialized units with law enforcement functions of the USA, countries of Europe and Asia have been considered. The authors have drawn conclusions that significant efforts of foreign countries are focused on diligence of the process connected with selection of candidates for work in special intelligence agencies, and the personnel training system is aimed at hard assimilating by trainees of professional knowledge, abilities and skills, as required in practical work. It has been mentioned that in respect of personnel training special attention is given to learning of foreign languages and other subjects in the field of international relations as important for security of state. It is emphasized that activity concerning advanced training of officers of intelligence agencies deserves a special attention as well.
