Application of Cigarette Bag Appearance Detection Based on Scanning Camera

In order to reduce the quality defects caused by product packaging and improve the production efficiency as much as possible, a kind of defect detection method of transparent paper for small box cigarette package was researched and designed. The unqualified products were effectively detected and eliminated by using the line scanning cigarette machine. Through the methods of transformation, reorganization, optimization and creation, the system realizes the operation control of software and hardware of industrial automation, solves the problems of various packaging defects in the actual production link, and greatly improves the product quality.
