The invention discloses an in-tunnel processing method for unexpected dissolving cavity meeting during shield tunneling. The method comprises the following steps that dissolving cavity detection is carried out; when a dissolving cavity is met, a sealing cover of a reserved hole is opened, so that the cutter disc grooving position corresponds to the axial line of the sealing hole; a horizontal drilling machine is adopted for drilling a hole passage; an endoscope lens is pushed into the deep part of the dissolving cavity by a segmented steel pipe connecting method, video data is collected in the whole process, and the boundary of the dissolving cavity and the environment condition inside the dissolving cavity are analyzed and determined on the basis; a mode of descending the endoscope lens at a pipe opening is adopted for determining the distribution conditions of water bodies in the dissolving cavity and slag bodies under the dissolving cavity; the construction steps are determined according to the boundary of the dissolving cavity, the environment condition inside the dissolving cavity and the distribution conditions of the water bodies in the dissolving cavity and the slag bodies under the dissolving cavity; the tunneling is recovered; the steps are repeated, and a shield tunneling machine cutter disc is pushed to a dissolving cavity end part position. The method has the beneficial effects that the method is applicable to the dense-building environment above an intercity rail traffic tunnel; the ground disturbance is small, and the land subsidence amount is small; the dissolving cavity investigation data is subjected to imagination, and is clear; safety and reliability are realized; the universality is good.
