Autoinflammatory phenotypes in Aicardi-Goutières syndrome with interferon upregulation and serological autoimmune features

In an Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome patient, cimetidine successfully controlled periodic fever with improved serum autoimmune marker levels, suggesting the presence of crosstalk between autoinflammation and autoimmunity in type I interferonopathy.
