Phase equilibria in the Fe-Ge-Te system

Microstructural, x-ray diffraction, x-ray microspectral, and dilatometric methods of analysis as well as measurements of electrophysical properties were used to study interactions in the Fe-Ge-Te ternary system. Boundaries were established between strata of liquid-state alloys in binary Fe-Te and ternary Fe-Ge-Te systems.
