Популяция пресноводных моллюсков в различных геохимических провинциях Южного Урала

Land mollusk population at the South Ural is represented by 32 species attributed to 7 families. The number of species in different geochemical provinces is dependent on copper content in soil ant it decreases with the increase of copper level. Particularly in geochemical province with copper content more than 6,5 mg/kg of soil only 4 species inhabit as while in province with that index of 3,5-4,9 mg/kg of soil – 17 species.
