ВЛИЯНИЕ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ НА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ СТРАТЕГИИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ

The article deals with the problem of the influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of corporate strategy implementation on the example of the Interdistrict Inspection of the Federal Tax Service No. 3 in the Novosibirsk region. The conducted research characterizes the organizational culture, along with the strategy and organizational structure, as an effective management tool that determines the success of the corporate strategy and the effectiveness of the organization.
