The proliferation effect of yeast culture on three kinds of beneficial intestines microbe

In this paper,the proliferation growth effect of yeast culture on Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus plantarum was studied.The results showed that the yeast culture could promote the growth of beneficial intestines microbe.Addition of 1% yeast culture could significantly promote the growth of L.acidophilus and L.plantarum,but had no effect on the growth of Bifidobacterium.Addition of 5% or 10% yeast culture could increase the growth of three kinds of beneficial microbe of intestines.Moreover,yeast culture could shorten the lag phase,lengthen the logarithmic phase and improve biomass.
