일본 주택건설업체의 주택 및 경영진단방법에 관한 연구

This study investigates current research on the Japanese ways to improve the housing quality by examining the diagnosis methods of housing and its equipments as well as its management by the Japanese housing companies. For the investigation of housing and its equipments, twenty investigation lists were selected for the diagnosis. The result of diagnosis of housing revealed the most excellent about durability and seismic force, but degree of the term of works was revealed somehow moderate. The result of diagnosis of equipments revealed on the whole excellent. Eighty housing companies were consulted for the diagnosis. This study found that the most favoured size of housing was 43 pyong. The final comprehensive result conducted by this research, shows as follows：excellent for 56.3%；highly satisfactory 10.0%；good 7.5%；reasonable 13.8%；unsatisfactory 12.5%. This study concludes that stringent housing policies as well as vigilance of voluntary organizations are highly required in order not only to protect the demandings from the housing companies which tend to seek too much high profits but also to improve the housing and its environment.
