Application and analysis of SPSS in the adaptability of college students in different altitude areas

2021
Objective: Through the use of mathematical statistics SPSS software on the plain students in the plateau area during the study and life of physiological, biochemical, physical and other aspects of the parameter index changes were analyzed, to develop a scientific and reasonable way of life and exercise, shorten the plain students into the plateau area study and life adaptation period. Methods: 60 college students (30 males and 30 females each) from plateau area were selected as the control group, and 60 college students from plain area (30 males and 30 females each) were selected as the experimental group for comparative analysis, and the differences in physiological, biochemical and physical indexes between the two groups were detected. Results and analysis: (1) The number of red blood cells, hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit and platelet in plain group were significantly different from that in plateau group by SPSS software (P 0 0.05). Vital capacity, sitting body flexion, running and measuring values of running in plain group were significantly different from those in plateau group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The adaptability of plain group and plateau group to altitude hypoxia is different. After a long period of hypoxic adaptation and natural selection, the college students in the high source group have obtained the characteristics of stable adaptation to hypoxic conditions in physiology, biochemistry and constitution. The college students in the plain group have gradually established a compensatory adjustment and adaptation mechanism after the adaptation period of study and life in the plateau. Suggestions: (1) It is necessary to establish a dynamic and long-term testing mechanism for the physiological, biochemical and physical parameters of college students in plain group, monitor and analyze the changes of parameters in different adaptation periods, and objectively and accurately evaluate the adaptation status of college students in plain group during their study and life in the plateau. (2) Develop a reasonable and scientific altitude physical exercise plan and lifestyle, and constantly improve the adaptability of heart and lung function and psychological adaptability. (3) Pay attention to improve and improve the plateau students study life adaptation period of dietary nutrition.
