Study of the Bed Temperature System for a Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Based on a Self Disturbance-resistant Control

The bed temperature is an important parameter for a CFB(circulating fluidized bed) boiler in a thermal power plant.On the basis of analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the objects controlled by the bed layer temperature of the boiler,proposed was a method for designing a two-order self disturbance-resistant bed temperature control system and compared were the simulation results with those obtained by use of the PID(proportional,integral and differential) control method.It has been found that the overshooting and regulation time duration of the self disturbance-resistant control(ADRC) are superior to those of the conventional PID method.Under various operating conditions and with an increase of disturbance from the outside,the ADRC version enjoys a good robustness and disturbance-resistant capability,thus solving the difficulties in controlling the time variation and long time delay of the system in question.
