The middle-aged woman experiencing physical and psychological changes that often
affect self-esteem, such as the signs of aging, the hormonal changes, the changes in the roles
of motherhood and femininity and image dissatisfaction body. These changes sometimes
cause emotional imbalances that can lead to the called middle-aged crisis. The aim of this
study is check that aerobic dance, done regularly, produces improvements physical and
psychological on women and that this practice will help increase your self-esteem, reduce
stress and anxiety and improve their social relationships. This physical activity does not
suspend the natural aging process but it slows down and improvement the good physical
and mental functions during longer.
