Evidence-based nursing in the prevention of the child were the words of hip-users the application of pressure sores

Objective:To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing in the hip children with a word users to prevent pressure sores.Methods:163 cases of evidence-based nursing for children with a hip characters who targeted users of the health education of children and their families informed on a bed stand up skills and understanding after note, after actively foster the concept of prevention of pressure sores; nurses in the application of evidence-based nursing program after a detailed assessment of patients,care and development of measures to enhance skin care.Results:163 cases of children with one word-a case with no pressure sores.Conclusion:The use of children in the hip people with the word easy,with a pressure sore,but full use of the working methods of evidence-based nursing could reduce the incidence of pressure sores effectively and improve nurse-patient satisfaction.
