Hysteretic behavior of high strength steels under cyclic loading

Abstract This chapter is devoted to hysteretic behavior of high strength steel (HSS) and the combined isotropic and kinematic hardening hysteretic model for predicting the cyclic behavior of HSS, with consideration of the Bauschinger effect, cyclic softening/hardening behavior, and cumulative damage.
