Renal toxicity of proteinuria

Proteinuria is one of the most common manifestations for patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Recent studies have suggested that proteinuria might serve as a nephrotoxic factor in mediating tubulointerstitial inflammation,while its potential mechanism is still of much interesting topic for the study.In this review,we summarized the updated insights on proteinuria induced tubularinterstitial damage.
