Влияние лазерохирургического лечения фоновых и предраковых заболеваний шейки матки после первого медицинского аборта на течение последующей пролонгированой беременности и родов

The peculiarities of pregnancy and delivery in 204 women in comparative perspective: the first undergoing a medical abortion and lasersurgical treatment of background diseases of the cervix (101) and non-aggravated obstetric history (104). Among women who underwent medical abortion at first follow-up of prolonged pregnancy and childbirth, is set high proportion of complications. A range of preventive, curative, rehabilitative measures at the first medical abortion and in conducting follow-up to prolong pregnancy and childbirth were developed in order to improve reproductive health and quality of life of the mother.
