Grid driving apparatus and array substrate thereof

The invention relates to a grid driving apparatus and an array substrate thereof. The grid driving apparatus comprises a driving circuit for outputting first grid signals in a signal period, wherein the signal period comprises a closing period and an opening period close to the closing period; a grid signal processing module used for receiving the first grid signals in the signal period and processing the received first grid signals so as to form second grid signals, wherein the second grid signals have first level in the closing period; and a control element used for generating control signals, starting the grid signal processing module in the opening period through the control signals or closing the grid signal processing module in the closing period, wherein when the control element starts the grid signal processing module in the opening period, the grid signal processing module forms a first resistance value, the grid signal processing module adjusts the received first grid signals through the first resistance value, the second grid signals have second level in the opening period, and the second level is smaller than the first level. According to the invention, the influence on reference voltages is reduced.
