Ассоциация полиморфизма (276с/т, -244 G/C) гена нейрональной NO-синтаз с развитием рестеноза у больных с ишемической болезнью сердца

The paper presents the results of molecular biological studies of allelic spectrum of NO-synthase genes and their pathogenetic significance in regard to the implementation of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty in patients with coronary artery disease. The results obtained in this study, form new ideas about the role of NO-synthase gene in the exposure structure of the in-stent restenosis implementation in patients with coronary artery disease, so it let generate risk groups and plan further tactics and treatment of these patients.
