Contribuição das boas práticas de fabricação para a gestão da qualidade na cooperativa Cotrisel

This study aimed to understand the contribution of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) program to the implementation of a quality management system in the Cotrisel cooperative unit, located in the county of Restinga Seca. The case study allowed the integration of theory and practice through direct and participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentary and bibliographic research. GMPs have been found to have stimulated the formulation of procedural standards and are developing a culture of continuous improvement. The alignment of GMP documentation with the requirements of NBR 22000 indicates that the cooperative is at a quality management maturity level that favors the implementation of a formal management system.
