A water cooling system is composed of slag scraper blades and cooling water pipelines. The one or more levels of cooling water pipelines are arranged at the bottom of the two-level cooling air chamber, and a set of slag scraper blades fixedly connected with the rotating shaft are arranged above each level of cooling water pipeline. The slag cooler can carry out fine and rough separation, efficient liquid-state slag cooling and fast condensed slag crushing, large slag is prevented from being produced, secondary cooling is carried out on the slag, and the discharged slag of a boiler can be cooled to the greatest extent.
