The seat is inner provided with a transmission device connected with a control unit, the output end of the transmission device is tightly connected with the lower end of a vertical ball screw through a connecting part, the ball screw is movably connected between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam through a bearing, the ball screw is movably sleeved with a middle cross beam, and a tension-compression clamp sensor device is arranged between the middle cross beam and the upper cross beam and between the middle cross beam and the lower cross beam. A grating ruler parallel to the ball screw is arranged on the frame. The two sides of the ball screw are parallel provided with two symmetric linear guide rails, the two linear guide rails are separately sleeved with a left and a right connecting block, the guiding and stabilizing left and right connecting blocks are tightly connected with the middle cross beam. Through such design, the utility model is characterized in precise measurement, high guide precision, low cost, high rigidity and high transmission efficiency.
