Innovation of the educational model for graduates with clinical medicine specialty degree

From research-oriented medical degree to clinical medicine specialty degree plays a very important role in the modern education of China. In the cultivation of graduates with clinical medicine spe-cialty degree, the most important issue is the competence development of clinical skills and scientific re-search. This paper describes the innovation of educational plan for the graduates. The model proposed has been successfully employed in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.
