Multi-core conductive rod type porcelain insulating sleeve for high-voltage electric power system

2014
The utility model relates to a multi-core conductive rod type porcelain insulating sleeve for a high-voltage electric power system, which comprises a porcelain insulator, an outer conductive rod and at least one first inner conductive rod, wherein the outer conductive rod and the at least one first inner conductive rod are arranged inside the porcelain insulator, the first inner conductive rod is arranged in the outer conductive rod in a sleeved mode, and two ends of the first inner conductive rod stretch out from two ends of the outer conductive rod respectively; an insulating resin layer is poured between the first inner conductive rod and the outer conductive rod; both ends of the first inner conductive rod and both ends of the outer conductive rod are provided with threads, and the threads are locked through nuts; the upper end of the porcelain insulator and the nut at the upper end of the first inner conductive rod are sequentially provided with an upper sealing rubber gasket, a gland, a sealing rubber bead and a porcelain insulator upper cover therebetween; and the lower end of the porcelain insulator and the nut at the lower end of the first inner conductive rod are sequentially provided with a lower sealing rubber gasket and a conductive rod limiting block therebetween. The multi-core conductive rod type porcelain insulating sleeve provided by the utility model effectively improves the design difficulty caused by a large number of input/output lines, reduces the number of porcelain insulators, saves the space, reduces the cost and enables the appearance to be neat.
