The invention provides a well-to-seismic integration sedimentary cycle matching analysis method, and belongs to the field of geophysical exploration seismic interpretation and comprehensive research. The method comprises the steps: obtaining seismic and logging data with the same sampling rate through data preprocessing; respectively processing the seismic and logging data through employing an EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposition) method based on the above; obtaining decomposition curves of different frequency spectrum ranges; carrying out the correlation analysis of the decomposition curves; adjusting optimization correlation through seismic phase rotation; and finally obtaining a more satisfactory matching result. The method can solve a problem of stratum integration comparison of data in different scales, and can be used for well-to-seismic integration stratum comparison and other exploration integration research.
