Determination of Matrine in Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法测定康妇消炎栓中苦参碱的含量.以Kromasil C18为色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20∶80),流速:1.0ml·min-1,检测波长:220nm.苦参碱的线性范围为0.4724～8.0308μg,r=0.99997,平均回收率95.27%(n=5),RSD为1.98%.本方法快速、简便、准确,专属性强,分离效果好.
