Electronmicroscopic Study of Canine Cutaneous Histiocytoma : A Benign Langerhans Cell Tumor

1995
Canine cutaneous histiocytoma (CCH) is a benign dermal self-healing tumor of the young dog. CCH cells and Langerhans cells are thought to be related because they share immunologic markers as CD lc, CD 18, CD 45, MHCII. In this study we investigated the ultrastructure of five CCH in order to confirm this relationship.
