Formação pelo trabalho em saúde: narrativas de aprender e ensinar

2016
This study tells a story of health work vocational training, focusing on government policies Pro-health and PET-Health, and highlights the dynamic aspect of the relationships present in the teaching and learning of a health profession. It started from the assumption that health work represents an authentic learning space, and whose everyday situations act as an educational source. This study aimed to map the ways of teaching and learning used by participants, students, teachers and preceptors, linked to an edition of the PET-Health program. The theoretical framework is anchored in the concepts of narrative and experience of Walter Benjamin who defends the existing educational and therapeutic character in every narrative experience as a production mode of the self and the other in the world. In the context of the vocational training reorientation, it is possible to note the movement of discursive practices instituted in education and health services, stating the mismatch between training and the health needs of the Sistema Unico de Saude (SUS) (Unified Health Service); and disarticulation between teaching and service. Faced with this problem, the following question was raised: How do the teaching and learning modes employed by the Pet-Health group contribute to induce changes in the practices of professionals in the service and move towards transforming the teaching professions in the health sector to work in the SUS? To grasp the training experiences of participants/narrators, we followed the method of qualitative research, using the conversational narrative resources mediated by interviewing techniques, field diary and simple observation. The Municipal Hospital Miguel Couto arranged spaces and scenarios for meetings between students, teachers, tutors and researcher for the "doing together". As for the ethical aspects, this study derives from an "umbrella project", research funded by CNPq, which assesses the impact of Pro and PET-Health policies, activated by a group of researchers, in which the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) (Fluminense Federal University) was the proposing institution and UFRJ was the developer of PET-Health project/RUE-UFRJ. The mapping of training tracks, which was drawn without analytical pretensions, identifies meeting networks little explored as teaching and learning strategies in traditional teaching. It is possible to say that in nearby areas of the multiple and complex problems of life of users and teams of service, the apprentice has as an offer to its formation process new openings for vocational training which can also be given in the sensitive dimension of the act of teaching , learning, knowing and producing knowledge, so that the experience is taken at the interface with the pedagogical practice
