Inverse AC-Josephson effect in superconducting in and Pb-whiskers
1989
HF-radiation has been applied to In and Pb-whiskers by surrounding the sample by a superconducting loop. In both cases the voltage-current characteristics show steps of zero slope related to the frequency of the HF-field by the Josephson-relation, indicating the existence of phase-slip processes at Josephson frequency.
