The study analyzed existing digital identifiers, including a unique identifier scientist ORCID iD, which solves the problem of identification of scientists internationally, related to the change of names, the same names, and order of variable transcription complex names, which are secondary names; common names, initials, etc. Features ORCID system implementation in pilot schools, basic types of systems that require integration ORCID. Studied technical approaches integrating technology author identifiers ORCID, adopted in pilot institutions. The main approaches to the integration of ORCID for research institutions and universities.
