杜氏藻(Dunaliella sp.)多糖DPS-1的提取分离纯化和糖基组成分析

2008
The Dunaliell polysaccharide was extracted through a series of steps: taking cultured fresh Dunaliell as raw material, crashing the cells by frozen-thawn, extracting it with cold water, ethanol precipitation and Sephadex G-100 column chromatography. And it is called DPS-1 for short. The cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and the Sephadex G-50 purity test of it show that the polysaccharide is very uniform. The physical chemistry test of IR and UV and the HPAEC-PAD glycon component analysis show that the polysaccharide are D-fucose, D-rhamnose, D-2-glucosamine, D-galactose and D-glucose and their mole ratio are 2.1:1.0: 1.6:2.3:4.2 correspondingly. There are also two determined uronic acids: galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid and their mole ration are 1:3.4.
