Optimized AFLP Technology and Its Application in DNA Fingerprinting of Triploid Silver Crucian Carp(Carassius auratus gibelio Bloch)

AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) is characterized not only by the merits of highly polymorphoism,less DNA usage and higher sensitivity,but by the drawbacks of tedious procedure and time-consuming.In this paper,nearly each step of AFLP was optimized,especially in gel-making.DNA fingerprinting of triploid silver crucian carp(Carassius auratus gibelio Bloch) showed that using optimized AFLP can not only save much time but obtain reproductive results.
