DETECTION OF Vibrios IN SEAFOOD USING THE SAME METHOD

We established a rapid, sensitive and specific method which can detect 12 Vibrios at the same time, finding the best enrich medium, isolation medium and culture temperature. Limit to detection for Vibrios in seafood is below 0. 4CFU per g. 200 seafood samples were detected by the new methos and other methods, with a completely coincident result.
