Linearization of the output characteristics of a solar cell and its application for the design and analysis of solar cell arrays

A method of linearization of solar cell output characteristics is proposed. It is applied to the analysis of solar cell arrays based on identical and nonidentical individual cells. Experimental and calculated results appear and good agreement is observed.
