The invention discloses a synchronous motor control method, a synchronous motor control device, and a synchronous motor control system. The control system comprises an acquiring device used for acquiring the current components of the d and q axes of a synchronous motor and the speed of the synchronous motor, an internal model controller connected with the acquiring device and used for determining the voltage components of the d and q axes according to the current components and the speed by use of an internal model control model, a calculator connected with the internal model controller and used for calculating motor parameters of real-time operation of the synchronous motor according to the voltage components, the current components and the speed, a feedback controller connected between the calculator and the internal model controller and used for updating the internal model control model with the motor parameters and re-determining the voltage components to obtain updated voltage components, and a motor controller connected with the internal model controller and used for controlling the synchronous motor. By adopting the method, the device and the system of the invention, the problem that the effect of vector control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor becomes poor as the motor parameters change in the prior art is solved, and an effect of accurate and efficient synchronous motor vector control is achieved.
