Two Cases Report of Pneumonia through Treatment of Cheongpyebyulgap-san(淸肺鱉甲散)

Two patients were dignosed as pneumonia through simple chest X-ray. They were suffering from cough, sputum, fever. chilling sign etc. We performed oriental medical treatment like herbal medicine without using western antibiotics. Through those treatments we could get good results. The herb medicine used at this case was mainly Cheongpyebyulgap-san(淸肺鱉甲散). From the results, we could find out that the oriental medical treatments were very effective to reduce inflammatory fever and to care pneumonia. So in order to prevent antibiotics abuse, we have to make more researches into pneumonia, and try to find out more effctive oriental medical therapies for infectious diseases.
