The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuator (1), one in the axial direction between a rest position (I) and an actuating position (II) displaceable first anchor assembly (10) which is connected to a first adjusting element (11), one with in magnetic operative connection the first anchor assembly (10) can be brought first pole core (20), an axially aligned energizable coil unit (50) for influencing the magnetic operative connection between the first pole core (20) and the first anchor assembly (10) and one with a second actuating element (31) connected in the axial direction between a rest position (I) and a parking position (II) displaceable second anchor assembly (30). According to the invention a in magnetic operative connection with the second anchor assembly (30) can be brought second pole core (40) is provided which is axially opposite the first pole core in order to influence the magnetic operative connection with the second anchor assembly (30) through the coil unit (50) (10) is aligned, and a permanent magnet unit (60) whose magnetic axis (61) for generating a magnetic operative connection both between the first pole core (20) and the first anchor assembly (10) as well as between the second pole core (40) and the second anchor assembly (30 ) is radially aligned and fixed.
