Evaluation of SOI/SIMOX substrates using photoconductive frequency resolved spectroscopy (PCRFS)

Abstract We describe the use of a sensitive, frequency domain, technique, photoconductive frequency resolved spectroscopy (PCFRS), to study the recombination of carriers in semiconductor structures. Results are presented on high temperature annealed silicon and SIMOX material.
