Many sites developed or are developing nationally to stabilize residence and improve residential environment in Korea and it'll be continued this situation due to urbanization. The purpose of this study is developing mathematical function between development scale and cost. This study, as a result, can support estimation of the cost on urban development projects very quickly and simply.
